Leather shoe cleaning that keeps the leather alive
Good leather shoes can last ten years or more if they are looked after. Mumbai humidity, monsoon water and office AC make that hard. We clean, condition and finish them so they look sharp and stay supple.
More than a polish
A roadside polish puts a shine on top of whatever is already there: the dirt, the salt lines, the dried-out patches. Over time that builds up and the leather underneath starts to crack. A proper leather clean takes the old layer off first.

Leather shoes we clean
Oxfords, derbies, brogues, loafers, monk straps, Chelsea and chukka boots, leather sandals and leather sneakers. Black and brown office shoes are the bulk of it. We also see a lot of kids black school shoes.
Mould on leather
If your leather shoes have spent a monsoon in a closed cupboard, there is a good chance they have a white or green bloom on them. That is mould, and it needs to be cleaned off and the shoe sanitised, not just wiped. Send us a photo. It is usually very fixable if caught early.
The process
How the clean works, step by step
Pickup and a proper look
We collect from your door, note scuffs, loose soles and old stains with you, and tag each pair so nothing gets mixed up.
Laces out, dry brush first
Laces and insoles come out. Loose dirt and dried mud are brushed off before any water touches the shoe.
Cleaned by material
Mesh and canvas get a foam wash, leather a pH-balanced cleaner, suede a dry eraser and steam. One method never fits every pair.
Soles and midsoles
Rubber edges and midsoles are scrubbed by hand. Yellowed white soles get a separate whitening treatment where it is safe to use.
Deodorise and sanitise
Insoles and the inside lining are washed and treated for odour, so the shoe smells clean when you put your foot in, not just on the outside.
Air dried, laced, delivered
Shoes dry slowly in moving air with no direct heat, which is what warps glue and cracks leather. Then fresh laces in, packed, and back to you.

Can you remove mould from leather shoes?
Yes, in most cases. We clean off the mould, sanitise the leather and lining, then condition it.
Do you polish shoes as well?
Yes. After cleaning and conditioning we finish with a polish that matches the colour.
Can you fix scuffs?
Light scuffs blend out with cleaning and polish. Deep cuts through the leather need a cobbler, and we will tell you.
Do you clean leather bags too?
Right now we focus on shoes. Ask us on WhatsApp if you have something specific.
