Shoe cleaning for schools, colleges and hostels

Schools
Before annual day, sports day or the new term, parents can send shoes in through the school in one go. Each pair gets a tag with the child's name and class, so nothing comes home to the wrong kid.
Hostels and PGs
Students in hostels around Powai, Kalina, Vile Parle and Kharghar use us because they have no washing machine, no balcony, and no time. We set a weekly or fortnightly pickup at the gate.
About white canvas
School canvas gets a full foam clean and then dries slowly in shade. That is how we avoid the yellow tide marks that home washing tends to leave behind.
The process
How the clean works, step by step
Pickup and a proper look
We collect from your door, note scuffs, loose soles and old stains with you, and tag each pair so nothing gets mixed up.
Laces out, dry brush first
Laces and insoles come out. Loose dirt and dried mud are brushed off before any water touches the shoe.
Cleaned by material
Mesh and canvas get a foam wash, leather a pH-balanced cleaner, suede a dry eraser and steam. One method never fits every pair.
Soles and midsoles
Rubber edges and midsoles are scrubbed by hand. Yellowed white soles get a separate whitening treatment where it is safe to use.
Deodorise and sanitise
Insoles and the inside lining are washed and treated for odour, so the shoe smells clean when you put your foot in, not just on the outside.
Air dried, laced, delivered
Shoes dry slowly in moving air with no direct heat, which is what warps glue and cracks leather. Then fresh laces in, packed, and back to you.
