What we collect
When you book with us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your name, phone number, pickup address and photos of your shoes. We use these only to quote, collect, clean and return your shoes, and to contact you about that order.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. We do not send promotional messages unless you ask us to.
Website
This website does not use forms that store your data. The quick booking box only opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security.
Photos
We may use before and after photos of shoes to show our work, never with your name, face or address. Tell us if you would rather we did not use photos of your pairs.
Contact
For any privacy question, message us on WhatsApp and we will respond.
Shoes piling up by the door? Send them over.
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of your pairs. We reply with a quote and a pickup slot, and you pay only after the shoes come back clean.
