Quotes
We quote for each pair based on the photos you send. If the shoes turn out to need something different once we see them in person, we tell you before doing any extra work.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and drop are arranged on WhatsApp. Any pickup charge is shown in your quote. Typical turnaround is 48 to 72 hours, and some materials take longer to dry.
Payment
You pay on delivery by cash or UPI.
Results
We do our best with every pair, but some marks are permanent, including dye transfer, ink, deep creases, bleach damage and rubber that has fully oxidised. We point these out from the photos before pickup wherever we can.
Condition of shoes
Old shoes can have weak glue, brittle soles or fragile materials that may show wear during cleaning. We note visible issues at pickup. We are not responsible for failures caused by existing wear, but if something goes wrong through our handling, we will make it right.
Uncollected shoes
If we cannot deliver your shoes after reasonable attempts over 30 days, we will contact you to arrange collection.
